Rotisserie Roadside Chicken

We love Roadside Chicken & thought I'd give the recipe (http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?33874-Roadside-Chicken) a whirl on my beautiful CL Performer.
It was a high heat cook: both charcoal baskets filled with used KBB & 2 chunks of cherry for smoke.

Sorry - no plated pix. We're going camping in the desert & these babies are for some EZ lunches.

Love roadside chicken. Very nice cook Robert, hope you have a good time. Barb and I used to do a lot of desert camping in the Anza Borrego area of southern Cal.

Thank you, everyone. The Anza Borrego is only 90 minutes from here, although a little farther down gets lower elevations. Weather forecast is for the mid 80's this weekend.

Thanks. I did baste about every 10 minutes or so. It was in the shaker bottle in the first pic. Approx 55 minute cook.
