Rotisserie chicken

It was a beautiful, warm, sun splashed day in Montana. The kind of day that just yells for the smell of Kingsford heating up for cooking. With the end of the month coming our BBQ budget was zero. So we raided the freezer and found a whole chicken. Kim and I are pretty good at finding good deals on foodand freezing them for later use. Luckily we will eat well until payday! Here is our chicken getting good and seasoned. Seasoned salt, garlic powder, pepper and paparika.

Kim making potato salad. This is a recipe from my mom from way back in the 70's. So these hot summer days bring back so many memories and Kim does a great job carrying on the tradition.

Not a great pic for an action shot. By,the time we got all of our parental duties done it was after 8:00 so the pic is a little dark.

Everything turned out really good. The chicken was great. Thanks for looking!

Great meal. I really need to get a Roti.

Noticed that bottle of "New Age" making an appearance again. I love that stuff with a lime wedge. A great, refreshing drink.

As always, amazing cook coming out of Robert's sun-splashed Montana home. Hope the weather stays good though the weekend for you two
