rotis turkey breast

Great cook Jim and some nice pics! Thanks for posting. I've got the Weber rotisserie and am thinking of getting the CB unit. I think it seals better than the Weber. Also, the motor on my Weber unit is finally giving out. Oh well.

One small potato,lot's of green beans,& a lot of turkey= diet/healty eats!
Looks great Jim..We start our diet every Monday.LOL.
Those pic's made me hungary.
Thanks for sharing.
Chuck.

VERY Nice! I've got the Penzey's but I really do need to get one of those baskets. I know.... I've been saying that for a while now. You just pushed me over. Great job Jim!!!!!!!

Great as always Jim! I could smell and taste it from here. :) I purchased one of those baskets/cages last week good to see I will be able to fit a turkey breast in it. I also purchased the new weber rotisserie and ring. They have remodeled it so it fits really snug on the kettle/ my performer and platinum. How long did it take for that size turkey to cook? Ballpark figures for temperature?

more Thanks! :)
Regina, i'd guess about an hour cook... I did insert a therm thru the top vent and it was about 375ºF dome side.
I thermopen'ed it at 167ºF then removed it.
