Roti KFC wings

I've been fighting the winter blahs.
The weather here has been mild for January, but it's the short days that get to me.
Been grillin' plenty, but not recording them, so I thought I would share this one.

Wing pieces marinated in Wicker's, breaded with Andy's, then given a spray of oil.

Had one escapee.

Sides of sweet glazed carrots, and salt boiled reds.
Lately I've been putting garlic olive oil on my spuds for a change from butter.

Decided to splash on a little hot sauce.

A very tasty little dinner.

Thanks for stopping by!

The wings look delicious. It appears like you use the Weber brand rotisserie. Where abouts did you purchase that neat basket?

Delicious looking meal Bob. Like the garlic oil idea on the potatoes. On a positive note, the days are getting longer. Still need lots of rain out here, but these nice days have been enjoyable.

Thanks guys!

WB, no prior cooking on the wings.

Jason, probably bought the basket from Amazon, it's been a few years back so I'm not sure anymore.

I've had that basket in my Amazon wish list for far too long! I think I'm gonna have to finally get it. Those wings look amazing! How long did ya spin them?

Everything looks great, sure it tasted as such. I've cooked breaded wings on my Performer once previously, I forgot how good they were.
