Rorisserie Pork Loin

[Bill - Bigbill]

Didn't have time to put together WSM yet, so went with a pork loin for
a couple of friends coming over.

On the rotisserie and using a Honey/Balsamic Glaze:

Starting some hasselbacks on the gasser:

We've been in to the appetizer tray Debbie put together:

Potatoes got some Oil/Crumbs/cheese put on them:

Oops, went a little to far on the taters :

Meat came out perfect though:

Some grilled pineapple spears as a side:

Sorry for no plated pix, we dug in way too fast.
Except for taters everything came out and tasted perfect. And taters tasted ok, just did not
photograph well.
