Y'all got some funny looking words over there, but your great cooks always translate well!
Another nice one DW!!

Have fun tomorrow, or today, or whatever day it is.

ps, had a co-worker once that always came up with Yogi Berra type statements.
He once said:
"All languages are the same, just the words are different."
in case you don't know about Yogi.

Thx everyone!

This was a good cut of beef done on a quality cooker so almost bulletproof.

This is how it looked sliced from the fridge today:

And so far the sun is shining, will be a great day i think.

What cut of meat would that be called here?

Hope the zoo trip turns out great, enjoy those moments while the kids are still kids!

Thanks Wolgast,

Is this what you cooked:

Rump steak

Top sirloin is a much-appreciated part to grill in South America. Another very simple way to cook this delicious product is to roast it in the oven at low temperature for a longer time. The internal temperature should be a maximum of 60 degrees C degrees for a rare/medium rare.

Said Rump heart but i guess its the same as rump steak(maby middle cut or something)

They always bring out this fancy words on the meat!(same **** different name i guess)
