A perfect sammie. I love rare RB with fresh summer tomatoes and some mayo. There's something about the mix of the tomato snot and mayo that cant be beat as a dressing. Sounds gross, but I know you agree with me if you know what I'm talking about.

I believe the roast was a top round and I used Montreal Steak seasoning on it.
