Good night.

Outstanding plate of food. Love that roadside chicken too and I think those fingerling potatoes are the perfect potato for the grill. They fit wherever and cook up pretty quick.

I am new here, but this looks so good. I haven't heard of roadside... is this what you used?

1 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs. Sea or Kosher salt
1 tbs. white sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. white pepper

Welcome to the forum Jon!
Yes, I believe that is exactly the recipe for RS chicken marinade. To baste while cookin', use that same mixture with an added 1/2 cup of vegatable oil.
You can find the entire thread on RoadSide by clickin' this.
Hope you try this recipe Jon, it is truly outstanding!
BTW, whereabouts you from Jon?
Again, welcome aboard!

Thanks for the info. I am from northern Virginia. Baby Q was actually my first Weber, when I was living in a small place. Now I'm using a Genesis and absolutely loving it.
