after 4 plus hours at a higher temp than I aimed for, the ribs were removed,
foiled a bit and placed in the oven's warming drawer.
shortly thereafter, they were "sliced", more like ripped apart.

...then served with a skillet baked Yukon and grillin' beans

although The Wisconsin Badgers did not win, we did last night with these ribs.
they were tender and moist with bark that was soo delicious!
I rubbed them with Dizzy Pig Raging River Rub,
and I apologize for forgetting who sent me this bottle of rub, but THANK YOU! It's Fantastic!

That was a great game, right down to the final shot. I was pulling for your badgers. Nice ribs, I like the way that bark looks on them.

Nice ribs n sides Jim they look tasty. You are a true fan (this I already knew) probably the best game in all of college b-ball this year. Know a true fan would get on that diet to create some good mojo for next year. ;)

Fantastic 4 ribs, or is there 5 or more, can't tell. However many there are they sure do look good!!!

Nice looking rib JL, really wanted the Badgers to beat Kentucky. The Badgers beat themselves in all honesty.

Sorry the Badgers lost Jim, but making it to the Final Four is huge for any team and their fans.

I've never seen better looking bark on ribs, ever!
This song popped into my head after seeing your plated shot:
