What a great weekend (BUSY too... Johnny Cash - Ring of Fire at CLO Cabaret Theater, Bucco Game, The Bad News Bears on the back deck and a small get together at my place on Monday) sorry in advance for incomplete set of pics but this is what I got

2 good sizes London Broils in TVWB recipe for Brisket Wet Rub (+ a lil A1 and a lil soy) left overnight... These were excellent and will make again as soon as I find some LB on sale
