Ribs done hot and fast, 1 hour uncovered, 1 hour fifteen minutes in foil and about 20 back on the grill to firm up a bit and get sauced.

Ribs just before getting foiled

Chicken wings added to the grill to get a little smoke to them

Then fried to crisp them up

Then in some Buffalo Wing Sauce to make them soggy again

Ribs back on and added some Kielbasa

Ribs resting a bit

My plate with sumaeach. Also doctored some Bush's beans with some previously smoked pork belly that was diced, half a large sweet onion, and half a beer

Hey John, Everything looks great. What kind of sauce did you use on the wings?

I thought we had some Franks at the house but we didn't. I asked my Wife to pick me up some but she bought I think it is called Louisiana Supreme wing sauce. I only cost a buck for a small bottle. I used about a third of it and I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually pretty good.

John- Great looking cook! How do you like the smoked/fried wing combo? I've both smoked and fried wings but never done both to one batch. I would love to try

Thanks John, I do wings probably once a week and makemy own sauce, but I am always looking for different ways to do them.

Great looking cook John, next time I do ribs I'm going to give that hot and fast a try. Sure glad I don't have to keep up with you, you're a grilling machine.
