RIBS on THE 22

I've been really diggin cooking ribs on the 22 kettle. Saves fuel and easier clean up. It's been a while since I posted here, I lurk and read a lot it's just time. I have so little of it anymore to cook let alone post.

The BBQ sauce and Head Country rub are new and we enjoyed both.

I did not remove very much of the fat, just a small amount and the membrane of course was removed.
Here was the set up on the 22 indirect, a few small chunks of pecan. I broke out the big lighter to hit a few small places to get er going.

The kettle chugged along here for the entire time unless a piece of would would lite up but that didn't last but a few until it calmed back down.

Here they are getting ready to go back on and finished with some sauce, heck I needed a little sauce also, need a happy cook!

Here is the finished product. I really enjoyed the flavor of both the rub and sauce.
