Ribs for dinner

I couldn't wait to make these ribs today. I had a bad day yesterday with a slab of spare ribs and two chickens that I didn't think turned out so great. I felt obligated to do it right today and who doesn't like ribs two days in a row. I didn't do the best job of catching all the steps in today's cook, I will try to take a few more in between photos next time.

Nice looking pics, welcome to the board, but I read in a thread here earlier this morning (from long ago, in a build your own mini wsm thread) to stay away from Galvanized. I know it produces a deadly gas when welding, or at least so I've been told.
