Haven't cooked outside much this year, been busy with other things, but got a chance to burn some charcoal today, Yeah!!!

Had a vacupacked rack of smoked ribs in the freezer that were begging to be reheated. Also made some twice baked potatoes. actually they were microwaved first then baked on the grill. Filling had sour cream, shredded cheese, butter, bacon, green onion, salt, pepper and granulated garlic.

Potatoes Ready for the grill

potatoes done

Reheated the ribs, added a little BBQ sauce from a local place called Mama sauce t the ribs and cooked the tops of the potatoes I cut off direct on the grill in a CI skillet with a litter oil

Ribs resting a bit

My plate, (I swear ribs taste better leftover rather than the day they were smoked).T hanks for lookin!!!!

Glad to see you back, John. Have really missed seeing your cooks. Love the ribs, but those potatoes look intriguing and delicious!

I was on here the other day and realized that I had not seen you post anything in a while. Glad everything is well and that your grills still work!

Good to see you my friend, the taters look superb and I have done a re-heat on ribs too. They do taste really good the second time around.
