Choice Rib Roasts were on sale for $4.77/lb this week. Got a 5 pound one for Mother's Day.
Slathered with bacon grease, rubbed with K salt and cracked black pepper.
Rotisserie cook over Weber briquettes and red oak @ 350*. Pulled at 128*.
A side of purple potatoes on the JJ.

Sure was good and the wife loved it.
Was way too much beef for one meal. We'll be gnawing on leftovers for days.
