Well , it was Saturday night. It was our turn to host movie night and the temp was in the low 40's so , I took my truck out of the garage and turned it into my version of the Pigvillion. (As if )

The local supermarket had a decent sale on rib eye steaks, so I figured I would do them up on the grill.
Gave the steaks a light rub with olive oil and dusted them with Montreal steak seasoning.

Did them on the grill grates and you know the drill. 2 minutes on a side and flip flop till they read the right temp. I wish I had taken a plated pic , because these were just amazing. Perfect mid rare just about 1 lb each . We had scalloped potatoes with them and fresh carrots. What. A meal.
