Cooked to 150. Medium Well. I know most people prefer rare or medium rare but I can't tolerate either.

Looks like a great cook Kemper. The new Nikon worked. Pics are crystal clear. Good work. I prefer rare to medium rare but SWMBO prefers medium. To each his own. I think over time I can convert her, I hope.

I love bone in Rib Eyes. Yours look great Kemper. My preference is med rare, but that's the nice thing about good steak. It usually has good flavor no matter how you cook it.
