I used VHT Flame Proof, Satin Clear temp range is from 1300-2000. Did my Silver C emblem 3 years ago look as good as when I did it and it for sure did not turn the Aluminum white. My can but this was 3 years plus ago does not say header paint everything else on the can matches up probably they just changed it for marketing.

I've bought them at Ace hardware before, but I'm sure the RTV works fine too.
