Red Thai curry paste, coconut milk, chicken, water chestnuts, water cress, and bean sprouts over rice.


 
Hey John. That looks delicious. There is a Thai Restaurant up in Oregon that is our favorite. They have an Entree on their menu, Roasted Red Curry Chicken, that is my favorite. The heat is off the chart, but I love it. Yours reminds me of it so much.
 
I've never tried bean sprouts in any of my Thai curries…might have to plagiarize your very appetizing work here, John.
