Really lazy Thursday!!

Howdy folks!!! If Tony's post was lazy than I guess mine is off the chart!!

I am making pulled beef for a party at work tomorrow so I started with a 3lb chunk of chuck and a couple kielbasa's on the performer with hickory!!

Chuck was rubbed with my willies #1 rub from smoke and spice...(I always keep some handy!)

Then I went inside and got some Sauce going and other fixings for dinner...when I came out a bit later the temp was reading over 500...crap I didn't get the lid down all the way! My sausages were exploding on the grill!

Oh well no harm no foul!!
Here's dinner!

Oh plated with some blue box Mac and steamed green beans!

Gerti has become my truck buddy!! She goes to work with me every day for now until I feel comfortable she won't eat Everything in the house while we are gone!!
Oh ya..beef getting close to going in the pot!

Just going to pull this in a bit and load it into the crock pot with some bullion and beer nd let it simmer all nite! Should be nice and tender tomorrow...

Looks really good mate! Im with Dave O. Depending on the sausage ofc...but i like em with a crispy skin.(almost burnt) and the skin almost always split,Sure you will loose some juice. But thats a tradeof im willing to take. Report back on the beef!
