Delicious looking meal esp. the ribs, what do you think made the different results between first and second cook?![]()
This cook only did salt and pepper. Last cook I used webers smokey mesquite seasoning. This cook was about 2 hours and 30 min. a higher temp 300. The last cook was 3 hours and 30 min at a 225-275 temp.
