Rare find today...

Delicious looking meal esp. the ribs, what do you think made the different results between first and second cook?:wsm:

This cook only did salt and pepper. Last cook I used webers smokey mesquite seasoning. This cook was about 2 hours and 30 min. a higher temp 300. The last cook was 3 hours and 30 min at a 225-275 temp.

Tony, Looks GREAT!!
Did you like them??
Actually, salt and pepper is all your need on beef ribs.
somethings, i sprinkle a little cumin onum;)
Nice Cookin'Tony!

Yes we did. My wife commented that they tasted like beef and they were moist . I followed your advice from my first post on beef ribs. " only salt and pepper is needed on beef ribs " but next time I will mix in cumin. Thanks Jim

Looking back over some old cooks I missed.
That is one fine cook Tony, nice job!
