Random smoked sausages

I bought a bunch of sausages and smoked them offset on my OTS


An array of sausages. A couple were smoked. I cooked them anyway.


Thrown on the OTS indirect.


My wife made some hash brown casserole to go with it.


Some onions I carmelized on the grill with tons of butter and goodness.


Sausages cooking with some hickory chunks.


Kettle working its magic.


Hurray for sausages!!

A local butcher that just opened up makes a lot of these. One of them is jalapeno w/cheese and its complete just wrong with too much cheese and I love it. At some point I'll try my hand at making my own. Someday I'll do plated pics...
