At $2.99 you know you're gonna have your hands full, they were previously frozen. Using the 3,2,1 slightly modified timing

The marinade is apple juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire's sauce and most important fresh squeezed lemon. I gave these two a 24 hour soaking and then they get the wife's perfected rub

At one hour they get mopped with more marinade (fresh, not from the soaking)

Two hours, more mopping

Three hours, more mopping and starting to see some bone, so it's not long before the foil

At 3.5 hours, they go into the foil

At 5 hours, they come out of the foil and back onto the BBQ with generous amounts of Sweet Baby Rays

I let the sweet baby rays cook into the ribs for about 45 minutes and then the came off and got a half hour rest and then they got ate, unusually quick for only 3 people, LOL

They tasted great, they don't look all that great, but I've been know to sacrifice looks for taste

Going to the Giants game tomorrow, they play the Twins

And Monday, I plan to cook a Tri-Tip, reverse smoke method. I'm really looking forward to that

The ribs look fantastic, Chuck. Glad you're close enough to go see the game. Right now they're up 1-0 behind Vogy. Thanks for sharing.
