Ribs sitting on the Open Range. JD axe breaker & Fogo axe breaker for BTU's. A hunk of apple & peach wood from Fruita Woods.

Gonna be guud, Couple hours in decided to add some brown sugar. Threw the wife on a sweet potato.

Put some blues Hog Tennessee Red sauce, give them a little shine. And threw me on a Red tater. Cant stand sweet taters myself.

First race is over & time to bring in the ribs. Lookin' guud.
I enjoyed the Ford romp in the 1st race. Sunday should be guud

Plated up, all was guud. But I still think I like a good spare better. But hey not complaining.

Government motors won the 2nd race, should be intense on Sunday.
Also just wanted to try out the new site & see how it all works. I think the wife likes it.
Gotta give a shout out to Chris A for pulling this off so smoothly. He gets a A+.
Going to do a 3lb Bavette Steak from Porter Rd tonight for Valentines dinner tonight.
Should be guud.

Always enjoy your posts Russ. Mighty fine looking meal right there. Those ribs look terrific and I'd take either potato. I'll be doing some ribs one of these days and I think yours nudged them to sooner rather than later.
