Quicky Chix and Wocy Sides

Dressed the thighs with a combo of spices I put together and left to sit in fridge for an hour or so

Put together some shrooms, Bok Choy, Snap Peas for the Wok, made a sauce to cook them in. Soy, Sesame Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Szechuan Chili Spices, Rice vinegar and Sake

Seared the Chix direct to crisp up the skin and then indirect till done

Shrooms and Snap Peas in the wok first in the sauce.

Then the Bok Choy in last

Made a nice Kamut based bread again, the stuff is delicious

Great meal as always Bill. The chicken and vegis look perfect. And that bread is to die for! Great job!
 
Great dinner Bill, the chicken is what Barb and I do a mixture of various seasonings never the same twice, the wok veggies look great also. That bread looks really, well perfect the crumb looks nice and airy and the crust thin and crisp. Nicely done.

Love the crispy skin, Wocy sides, Kamut bread, and some Sake, thats how its done.
