Quick Pollo Asado Tacos with Chili Gueritos

Hi everyone!
While doing yard work,had a serious craving for some pollo asado so I ran down to my local Costco and picked me up some "The country meat store" pollo asado and then went to Food 4 Less to pick up the rest of the ingredients for guacamote and a six pack of beer.
