Quick Monday steaks!

Howdy folks!! Haven't posted much lately but here was a quick steak note tonight!

Tri tip strips rubbed in garlic, salt,dried rosemary and some olive oil!
Here is the setting!

Very nice cooking. I love everything about this meal. Nice choice on the hop pop too!

I think I would have kept the pineapple off of the plate for desert with a scoop of ice cream. (That's an opinion... by no means a "put-down").
