Quick Friday Night Burgers - Sort Of

I was in the mood for a good burger, so I decided to grind my own meat. Picked up a nice looking Choice Chuck Steak and ran it through the grinder twice.





On to the gasser



Plated up with a slice of red onion, some potato salad and slaw.
