Not mutch of a food post but rather a reweiw of Weber´s Kick´n´Chicken spice mix.

Drums rubbed with(for me) new Weber´s Kick´n´Chicken. Left on the counter to dry for 2h after the rub.

On the 400f hot grill indirect.

Pulled when the skin was crispy.

N plated with a fast salad.

Taste was spot on. Really recomend you all to try this one out. But the spice´s burned a bit in that HH. Maby rub it half way in? Nothing wrong with the taste but the visual impact isent as strong. Really like the coarse grind in the Weber spice mixés.

"weber's kickin chicken seasoning" = 2 Thumbs up from me!

Daniel, you've done it again!
The FINEST lookin' sticks i've seen in a long time!

and Glad to see at least 3 on the plate ;)

Nothing at all wrong with that food post! Great looking D-sticks! I like Weber "Gourmet Burger" on hamburgers though most of the time I use just S&P. I also like some of the Weber marinade packets for those times when I want a quick prep.

I have the Gourmet Burger but i havent had the time to taste it yet.(A big shout out to my man B0B C0rell)

But i will Soon!

Great looking legs, salad, and pics Daniel!

I'm happy that you like the Weber spices, so far:)
Not sure how to keep them from burning though, if going direct.

Drummies look great! I like the looks of the coarse cut of that rub. I have not tried Webers rubs yet but I think I better look into them.

Do ya get em on-line or do the stores stock most of em??

Nice job on the sticks, Daniel. I've used the Weber sweet and tangy seasoning on chicken parts with some pretty good success too. I have to give the kickn chicken a try.

Look good and simple Daniel! Somehow missed this post yesterday. Your low profile title eluded me I suppose. I have been using the Weber spices as well and nothing wrong with them!
