Quick chops to break in the new craycorts.

Today I finally and I mean finally broke in my new craycort grates. I've had them since Christmas but havn't used them yet. I know lazy on my part.

If you look you can see I sacrificed a chop to celebrate the breaking in of the new grates. Got to get used to the wider grate spacing I guess, or not buy such thin chops.

And here is your plate. Some baked taters and some green beans for a nice tasty simple meal.

Yes my better half purchased some ultra thin pork chops to cook. They were about a 1/4" thick. That might be generous.....
