Quick brat lunch while cooking

Howdy folks....been at it for about 16 hours smoking butt and brisket for some friends wedding...decided a brat lunch was on tap.

530 this morning smoker still goin strong!!

Started the snake in the performer!

Oh gotta have another BM

Brats on!

Peppers and onion!

Ready with a cold summer ale!

That's all for now...gotta get back to the real cook!

Being from Michigan where we get max sun light of 15:20 minute on June 21st and 9 Hrs on Dec 21st I have wondered what it would be like to live in Alaska where you 18 + hours of sun in Jun and 6 hours in Dec. Pretty crazy.
