Ketchup because that's what the bottle says

I use ketchup as a base for sauces, almost exclusively, so usually buy the 114 oz. Members Mark from Sam's Club. The price is right at under $5, and I can't taste any difference compared to major brands I've used in my sauces.

Guess I've always written it "ketchup". I like it on omelets and fries. But I mix it 50/50 with Tabasco. I do this because pure Tabasco is too runny on its own, especially for fries. In the Philippines they have "banana ketchup". It tastes similar to tomato ketchup only sweeter.

A teaspoon of Tabasco in a cup of ketchup makes a nice taco sauce. Also, 1 part Washyoursister sauce to 2 parts ketchup makes a decent steak sauce.

Ketchup, used mostly (sparingly) on french fries, but also as a base for bbq sauce (for ribs) and cocktail sauce for seafood (ketchup, horseradish, dash of hot sauce, Worcestershire, and lemon juice).
