We got a good shot of snow today but we didn't let it ruin our plans for pulled pork. Rubbed the meat with our home made concoction.

Set up the Weber for a long cook in the snow.

Put the roast on the grill.

Turned the meat after three hours. Also added some charcoal and apple wood.

I usually like to do this outside but due to weather made the beans inside.

Kim made her barbecue sauce on the stove also.

After 9.5 hours pulled the pork and plated.
