I saw this little pork butt on sale today....
and all of a sudden I was craving bbq... but I didnt have time to cook this so this is what I did...
placed it on the smoker for 1 hour with no pan and turning every 15 minutes. then placed the foiled pan and let it cook for another hour. wrapped the butt in foil for another hour. removed from foil and let it cook for another hour. Total time about 4 hours and 40 minutes. There was no bark but it was still good. cooking temp 350 give or take
