Happy 1st Birthday little buddy.

Had a few people over for Sab's birthday party. Started with white BBQ sauce. This was my first time making it and I really like it.

and a squirrel sunning himself or doing something that looks inappropriate on my fence

Brined and dry rubbed some chicken thighs - Set on the one touch with a couple chunks of pecan wood

took a 5 lb chuck roast and hit it with some stuff in my cabinet marked "beef rub"

time to man up and watch the grill - oh and quick build a picnic table

Rotating the chicken around

Chuck roast on

He was obsessed with the neighbor cutting his grass

Well, you've set the bar pretty high for his birthday. He's going to expect the gourmet treatment every year now. Great spread of food, and great looking cakes. Very impressive.

Nice post Chris! I can not believe that the big guy is Sebastian:eek:

WOW....looks like a great spread and it looks like he ate well. Love the little wheels and his choice of brew....don't drink and drive.

Nice looking cook. Happy Birthday!!! Enjoy the times you have together. It won't be long before you're teaching him how to work those grills.

Can't believe it's been a year already.....

Love the pic of him with the beer in his car.

Excellent post my friend, great cook and I love to see Sab drinking and driving at such an early age, lol. Great times with a great family
