Prime Ribeye Caps back at my Costco

Weird thing. People rave about those. I really dislike them. I just find too much gristle and inedible fat in them the way Costco trims them off

The last ones I had were truly ethereal Larry, maybe your guy had a bad day? Finding them here seems to be pure luck of the draw, does not seem to be day of the week but, maybe I’m just not going early enough.

Our Costco sells them a lot. I tried them a couple times. Neither of us enjoyed them. I would assume if I trimmed out my own, and tied them they would be fine. But I don't feel like wasting a roast to do it

Only problem Jim, none of these guys on this site know how to use a Weber charcoal grill anymore. It has to be pellets with electronics. Or most can't handle it. LOL
Good to see you again.

Your last 4 posts complaining about pellet grills.

OK, I have a question: What is the difference between Ribeye Caps and regular Ribeyes?
