Fast post...Still a great way to mix up a pork loin. Its a freaking snowstorm over here atm.
Here we Go:
Start with something like this
After the loin was trimmed(heavy) it was frozen for 1h and then thru the slicer
After we seared the paprika and gus it was rolled in A German schwarzwald ham(who would have thought with that name right?)
GusTaters: washed/oiled/thymed @ salted...Indirect 50 min @ close to 400f
Added the rolls..And some skewers for the kids.
Served something like this(Mine/MLI´s)
Done this one before...And we LOVE it! Cred goes to a friend.
