Hello everyone. Been awhile. Kim and I have been cooking outdoors a lot, just not taking a lot of pictures. We wanted to share our taco meal we prepared tonight.

We seasoned a pork roast with and put it on the grill at about 240 degrees for three hours.

At the three hour mark foiled the pork with some good sauce.

Right when I took the roast off the threatening clouds finally let loose resulting in about a 20 minute wait to get the pork on the grill.

Made beans from Tony R's outstanding recipe.

Kim made her great pico and guac recipe.

Finally after seven and a half hours served up some really good tacos!

We added all of our faves, cheese, lettuce, etc...

It was a great meal. Thanks for looking! Have a great week!

I love it. What cut of pork was that, nice and thick? I will have to look for that sauce as my wife likes mild sauces.
