Pork Steaks

I finally tried some pork steaks. I always see them in the store already cut but just haven't tried them before. They were good but next time I'll see if I can get some cut thicker. I fixed some grilled mushrooms with bread crumbs for the coating and they turned out good too. I'm ready for more steaks.
