Pork Steaks

[John Solak]

Started the cook off with an impulse buy, rib tips. Seasoned with Lawry's Seasoning Salt and black pepper.

A couple of Pork steaks seasoned the same as the rib tips and some Bushes Baked Beans with some rib tips added in. One pork steak was sauced with some Kinders Exxxtra Hot BBQ Sauce and the other left plain

Some ciabatta rolls for some cheesy garlic bread and tender stem broccoli

Plated with all of the above and some panzanella salad added for good measure.
