Did some pork steaks with taters and brocolli on a cold night, it was about 11 degrees but no wind so it was halfway pleasant.
Pork steaks marinated in Lawrys lemon pepper for a few hours.

Taters, broccoli and garlic seasoned with EVOO and bacon salt and black pepper.

Taters on first.

Pork steaks on.

Pork steaks with a final sear.

Plated.

And a nightcap.

Cant beat it for the price, I can get a bottle for 19.99 at a local liquor store.I would put it up against Knob Creek or Makers Mark and say its just as good.
