Pork is Racked!

Incredible cook tonight. The Costco $17 rack of pork might be the best value ever!
Wet marinade!Rubbed and put on Performer with Cowboy briquettes and some peach! Fluctuated between 350-400. Took it off about 135-145. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Cheers!
