nice pork chops from Harry Hansen's seasoned up with a rub from Mike Cosgrove
i didn't want to include this photo because of the bad colour,
butt it's the only photo i have of the rub Mike sent me.
...and the rub is Great Stuff!!
anyway, with the weather we've been having and the cold i've been nursing, kinda like eeting baby food.
butt i'll suck it up a bit to cook outside, butt near the door.
chops on until 145ºF then foil tented to eet
served with sautéed cabbage, onions and peppers with a few chunks of sweet potatoes...
and a cold pint of Surly Brewing's FURIOUS Beer
