Had a small piece of loin which I cut 5 cutlets out and pounded thin.
Spread a little green pesto on, a slice of ham , dijon mustard and a slice of havarti.
Rolled in a fine breading and spritzed with beef tallow.
Carrots got the same spritz and some spice.
Made a copy cat Texas Roadhouse seasoned rice with brown instead of white rice.
