Pork chops @ hunting camp

Last week the wife & I went on our Nov. elk & deer hunt. This was taken the first night above where we were camped.
Friday night we did up some pork chops out on the mini joe. Hard to see what you are doing with just the camp light. But they sure did turn out great.
Here is the plated pic of dinner that night. We only grilled twice. The last three nights it was just too cold.

Friday night the snow came in and this is taken from the spot of the first pic on Sat morn.
Nothing picks up the spirit of old Rose than the first snow.thanks for looking. More to come on Just conversation.

we have a rv we stay in. Have hunted in that area for 30 years now. And have gotten many elk up there. It's little over a hour drive from our house.
