Pork Chops and Mac-N-Cheese

A little apple pie for dessert and this woulda been some perfect 1950's Americana :D

Wet rubbed with EVOO, sage, oregano, cracked pepper, garlic salt, and onion powder. Full basket, indirect for about 40 minutes to reverse sear. I wasn't next to the grill while they cruised so they basically hit temp before the sear. Temp was 450* when I checked on them. The wet rub made a great crust so wasnt a huge deal.

I trimmed my wife's cause she doesnt like extra fat. Since all our chops are skin-on...I crisped up the skin for a crunchy snack later!
