Picked up some nice center cuts with a nice piece of tenderloin on them. Into a brine overnight.

A request for Guac went out so garlic diced, one nice ripe Tomatillo, Scallion and since I was out of fresh Jalapeno I used the jarred kind I had in the pantry. Feisty suckers! Some lime juice at the end

VeryCool Bill!
Grillin' Shots! YEAH! haven't seen grillin' shots in a while, lotsa plated shots, no grillin' shots.

HOPE your camera is OK... I'll bet those chops were GREAT as was the Guacamole... what did you use the Guac on?

Grilled pork chops are so hard to beat. I think I prefer them to steak if it came to a choice.
But then again, grilled T-Bone.
Heck, I don't know.
Great cook as always Bill.

Lover the chps and the guac great conbo. Always enjoy your cooks, pass the plate please!

Love the additions to the guac. I gotta tell Melinda about the jap and scallions. Nice additions to the way we do it.
