My wife picked up a couple of these bone in rib chops as she knows they're my favorite. Haven't done crash potatoes for quite a while so did an pan of those along with a few carrots, the last remaining fresh vegetable left in the house. Here's a few pictures.

Gold potatoes cooked, mashed and topped with olive oil, thyme and grated Parmesan.

Marinated the chops for six hours in balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, chopped garlic, brown sugar, ground ginger, onion powder, ground cinnamon and some cayenne.

The line up.

Did the carrots and potatoes on my 26er.

Chops on some very high heat for about 4 minutes a side.

Kind of screwed up my grill marks. Chops stuck to grate from sugar in marinade.

Plated. Really a flavorful marinade. My wife's steak came out perfect but mine was a little on the tough side.

Overall, wasn't bad. Crash potatoes are always fun too. Take care everyone and be safe. Thanks for looking.
