butt a nice cold brew goes down quite nicely while cookin' over a hot Weber

today, it's Mexican marinated chicken

bought up a load of chicken and nopales from El Rey in Milwaukee, a great Mexican grocery chain
thighs and sticks were marinated for over 7 hours... peppers from our garden, and small Yukons CIS style

sticks + thighs coated with Bone Suckin' Sauce after i determined the shé~cone was cooked thoroughly

the chicken was daggum tasty!
the taters are ALWAYS great!!
and the pepper/nopale combo was outstanding!!!

Mexican food sounds like the right choice lately, considering the temps. Winner chicken Jim!
I think a cool front is coming through here starting tonight. Hope it's cooler for you too.

Yes Gary + Kim, it's much nicer even now, low humidity and the comfy temps in the 70's... AND the air is off!
Ray, i cook every day. i last time (day) i did not cook was the 27th of June.

I have gotta try nopales done on a grill. I get em from some ladies at work and my gal fixes em up.........gotta get em on the kettle!!
